Our Classes
Yin
A Yin yoga class is a slow-paced, gentle form of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive floor poses. It is a practice that targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, fascia, and joints, rather than the muscles. The primary goal of Yin yoga is to increase flexibility and create a sense of stillness and calmness in the body and mind
Yin / Vinyasa
A Yin/Vinyasa yoga class combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin yoga with the dynamic, flowing movements of Vinyasa yoga. This fusion class offers a well-rounded experience that focuses on both deep stretching and strengthening, providing a balance between relaxation and energizing movement.
Embodied Flow
An Embodied Flow yoga class is a dynamic and creative approach to yoga that focuses on the integration of body, mind, and spirit through fluid movement and introspection. It combines elements of Vinyasa yoga, somatics, meditation, and free-form exploration to cultivate a deep sense of embodiment and self-awareness.
Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa yoga is a vigorous and dynamic style of yoga that combines the flowing sequences of Vinyasa yoga with a focus on strength, endurance, and intensity. It is a physically challenging practice that builds heat in the body and promotes strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
In a Power Vinyasa yoga class, the movements are synchronized with the breath, creating a continuous and rhythmic flow. The sequences are often fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on transitions between poses. This constant movement and breath connection create a sense of fluidity and energy throughout the practice.
Book a Class
My classes do not require you to already be flexible, strong and focused, just to have an open mind, surrender and trust where you body wants to take you on the day.
